Jonathan Wogan brings over 20 years of multifamily ownership, operations, and asset management experience across the Mid-South and Sunbelt. He is the Founder and Chief Member of Wogan Group, a real estate platform focused on acquisitions and asset management. Since 2014, Jonathan has executed or overseen more than 40 multifamily business plans totaling over 15,000 apartment homes. His platform has grown to manage over 10,000 units across eight states, serving both institutional and private capital partners. He has also directly participated in multiple acquisitions and partnerships, leading transactions through repositioning, refinancing, and disposition across varying market cycles. Known for his hands-on, detail-driven approach, Jonathan emphasizes operational execution and long-term asset quality. His experience spans both stabilized and value-add assets, positioning him as a trusted partner for investors.

Benjamin Mehler began his real estate investment career with Wogan Group in 2015, where he gained hands-on experience in underwriting, asset management, and operational execution across multiple markets. He later joined River Rock Capital as Director of Acquisitions, where he helped expand the firm’s footprint in Texas. During his tenure, Benjamin sourced and underwrote investment opportunities, built strong broker and property management relationships, and presented recommendations to the firm’s investment committee. River Rock completed eight acquisitions totaling approximately 3,500 units during this period. Benjamin’s strengths include market research, deal sourcing, and broker engagement. His deep market insight and underwriting expertise make him a key driver of off-market and early-stage acquisition opportunities.
